This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee consultative sales initiatives related to Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) programs
• Create and deliver detailed business cases, encompassing pro forma financial models, implementation strategies, and operational plans
• Promote the utilization of MTCS technology platforms and software solutions
• Collaborate with account executives and sales teams to facilitate enterprise customer acquisition and growth initiatives
• Organize cross-functional teams to provide integrated, customer-focused solutions
• Inform internal stakeholders and clients about specialty pharmacy business models and their economic implications
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or an equivalent clinical qualification is mandatory
• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience
• Background in specialty pharmacy and/or Medically Integrated Dispensing is essential
• Extensive knowledge of specialty pharmacy business models and their operational effectiveness
• Familiarity with accreditation processes (ACHC, URAC) and 340B programs is required
• Strong financial insight, including the ability to develop and analyze business cases and financial models
