Web Publishing Specialist – Supervising Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives, define scope requirements, and convert briefs into precise delivery plans for the web team.

• Lead a team of AEM specialists by prioritizing tasks, coordinating work assignments, and facilitating capability development and cross-functional training to enhance delivery results.

• Upload and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for ey.com and associated sites.

• Manage prioritization of incoming tasks, balancing business impact, deadlines, and team capacity to ensure timely delivery.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, designers, and approvers to align expectations, eliminate obstacles, and fulfill delivery commitments.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on the optimal use of AEM templates, modules, and content strategies to achieve business and marketing goals.

• Skilled in selecting images that align with the content.

• Must have experience and be comfortable collaborating closely with global teams.

• Exhibit professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm; adapt to flexible working hours; demonstrate outstanding work ethics and a customer-centric approach.

• Familiar with various content management systems.

• Have a basic understanding of HTML.

• Possess an eye for design along with fundamental knowledge of design software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the AEM tool with a comprehensive understanding of diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages to ensure optimal performance.

• Ideally, you will also possess:

• Knowledge of HTML.

• Experience with visual asset management.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience using AEM.

• At least 4 years of experience in team management.
