Web Publishing Specialist – Senior Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop a webpage utilizing all the information provided and incorporate appropriate components/modules as outlined in the document received from the stakeholder/editor.

• Upload and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for ey.com and affiliated sites.

• Proficient in using a Content Management System (CMS) for managing, creating, and publishing web pages.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, designers, and approvers to ensure timely publication of content.

• Have a keen eye for design and a fundamental understanding of design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and MS Office applications.

• Comprehend the functionalities of AEM CMS to recommend suitable templates and modules to stakeholders for achieving their marketing objectives.

• Skilled in selecting images that align with the content.

• Must have experience and be comfortable working closely with international teams.

• Exhibit professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm; adapt to flexible working hours; and demonstrate outstanding work ethics and customer focus.

• Familiar with various content management systems.

• Have a basic understanding of HTML.

• Show exceptional project coordination abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of the AEM tool, along with the ability to diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all pages while ensuring optimal performance.

• Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Familiarity with HTML.

• Experience in visual asset management.
