Web Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, high-stakes eCommerce projects with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with clients to create long-term roadmaps and suggest strategic improvements.

• Design and execute scalable eCommerce solutions aimed at enhancing workflows and business operations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in eCommerce integrations and technical solutions.

• Guide and mentor Web Product Specialists and Coordinators, fostering their professional growth.

• Propel innovation by recognizing and adopting emerging eCommerce technologies.

• Represent the team in cross-departmental meetings and client presentations, offering thought leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce solutions, project management, client success, or a similar field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in a client-facing position is essential.

• Broad understanding of eCommerce solutions, practices, and ERP back-office integration.

• Demonstrated knowledge of technical subjects, including APIs, data transfer, scalability, SSO, and procurement integration.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines with high accuracy.
