This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee ScalePad's website from start to finish, guaranteeing that every page offers an intuitive, engaging, and high-performance user experience.

• Take ownership of web projects from inception to launch, collaborating with stakeholders to convert content into outstanding digital experiences.

• Create and design campaign landing pages, product launch pages, and other interactive tools.

• Manage and enhance our Sanity CMS, developing scalable content models and workflows.

• Establish and refine a modular web design system along with a library of reusable components.

• Ensure the health and reliability of ScalePad's website by actively monitoring its performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.

• Utilize AI-driven development tools to expedite page creation and streamline workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to enhance web visibility and performance through analytics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing websites or digital experiences within a B2B SaaS context.

• Familiarity with Sanity CMS is advantageous, including expertise in building content models, reusable components, publishing workflows, governance, and scalable authoring experiences.

• Deep understanding of contemporary web design principles, UX, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, information architecture, and user experiences focused on conversion.

• Strong visual design capabilities with an exceptional eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design.

• Proficient in creating web mockups and prototypes in Figma and working collaboratively with Creative teams to produce refined digital experiences.

• Experience in developing responsive websites utilizing modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js or similar frameworks).

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar, to enhance web development, automate workflows, and boost productivity.

• General knowledge of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), website architecture, and technical best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in using analytics, experimentation, heatmaps, and user behavior insights to consistently improve website performance.

• Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder management.
