Senior Accounts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring precision, completeness, and punctuality.

• Prepare and assess consolidated financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

• Guarantee adherence to accounting standards and regulatory obligations.

• Develop, execute, and consistently enhance internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Spearhead accounting transformation projects aimed at automation, efficiency, and scalability.

• Lead, guide, and cultivate a high-performing accounting team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the preparation of financial statements.

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in managing accounting teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess strong financial analysis skills.
