Netsuite Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Facilitates the cross-functional execution of projects throughout all phases of the project life cycle.

• Oversees the implementation of multiple projects or manages an entire program.

• Controls the scope during the project's duration.

• Ensures accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports are maintained.

• Communicates proactively regarding your plans and accomplishments with both internal and external stakeholders, while identifying risks and ensuring alignment in partnerships.

• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with a diverse group that includes developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

• Takes responsibility for empowering others to improve over time.

• Gathers insights from project retrospectives and utilizes those learnings for future projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in systems applications consultancy, product/project management.

• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving, coupled with the ability to perform under pressure and in uncertain situations.

• Experience in presenting to internal teams and customers.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills essential for thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Shows initiative, self-motivation, and consistently delivers high-quality work while meeting deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Resides in Latin America.

• ERP knowledge is essential.

• PMP certification is advantageous.
