Web / Digital Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Engage daily with ad platform APIs, tags, events, and automation.

• Transform pilot PPC automation into a comprehensive automation layer for media buying.

• Implement auto-pause and alert mechanisms based on performance triggers, deployed across all key markets.

• Facilitate automatic audience synchronization from CRM to Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

• Conduct scheduled performance evaluations and generate reports utilizing platform APIs and AI tools.

• Assume responsibility for conversion tracking across all ad platforms, ensuring the integrity of signals.

• Establish accounts and pixels, map funnel events, and verify the entire process from start to finish.

• Create tickets for engineers when backend interventions are necessary, followed by testing and confirming resolutions.

• Quickly identify the causes of broken events and lead the troubleshooting process to implement fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience with conversion tracking or ad platform automation.

• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager; sufficient JavaScript skills to debug tags and network requests.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Conversions API or another server-side events API.

• Strong understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking and automated rules.

• Experience in automating routine tasks using platform APIs, scripts, or tools like n8n / Make.

• Basic SQL knowledge (we utilize BigQuery).

• English proficiency at B2+ level, enabling direct communication with partner engineers at Meta, Google, and TikTok.

• Ability to take ownership of a problem end-to-end without needing prompting.
