Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail.

• Conduct research, analyze, and document findings.

• Mentor and review the work of other team members as necessary.

• Develop, document, analyze, and communicate corporate metrics, KPIs, and reports to organizational leaders.

• Create and maintain data models and reports for cross-functional data analysis.

• Define and establish metrics for executive and operational reporting and insights.

• Analyze data from business units and align findings with corporate objectives.

• Suggest and implement changes to the reporting environment based on business requirements.

• Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve data discrepancies.

• Present insights to business leaders utilizing corporate data and reports.

• Adhere to development testing and deployment standards.

• Capability to manage projects and processes autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Advanced understanding of the relevant work area.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes according to business needs.

• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and formulating solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Extensive knowledge of SQL.

• Proficient in reporting design tools such as the Microsoft BI stack and Power BI.

• Preferred: familiarity with DBT.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 4+ years of pertinent experience.
