This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Define a web development roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Assess new tools, platforms, and technologies.
• Spot automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and uphold web standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain Webflow sites with meticulous attention to detail.
• Execute complex website migrations with minimal downtime.
• Create and implement automations to optimize workflows.
• Ensure site performance, SEO optimization, and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Delegate and assign tasks to junior developers based on their skill sets.
• Provide code reviews, constructive feedback, and mentorship.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team gatherings across various time zones.
• Foster a collaborative and learning-focused team culture.
• Remove obstacles and provide technical guidance.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently from initiation to launch.
• Create comprehensive project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product).
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Optimize and enforce quality assurance processes.
• Review all work prior to deployment.
• Monitor site performance and user experience metrics.
• Work alongside our Automations Lead to develop automations that support web development.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Figma, Webflow, and WordPress, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and a keen desire to learn and grow in this domain.
• Proficient in responsive design practices and web development fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to web design, with experience in resolving SEO-related issues flagged by automated website audits.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Confident in presenting information to various audiences.
• Local to the Chicagoland area or nearby, with the ability to travel for in-person workshops.
• Extensive experience in an agency setting and the capacity to manage multiple (20+) websites is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and align with Adoreal’s values of teamwork, punctuality, and aesthetic excellence.
