Marketing Assistant – Digital Advertising Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising with measurable results in lead generation.

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, encompassing Search, Display, Local Services Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

• Google Ads Certification is mandatory.

• Meta Blueprint Certification is preferred.

• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $5,000 or greater.

• Advanced skills in Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking, event configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Proficient in Google Analytics 4, focusing on attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and custom reporting.

• Familiarity with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms is essential.

• Experience in creating and maintaining performance dashboards.

• Previous experience in the legal services sector, criminal defense, or a comparable professional services industry is preferred.

• Understanding of legal advertising policies and compliance requirements is necessary.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
