This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Plan and manage Slasify's involvement in trade shows, conferences, and market-oriented events in key markets.

• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including registration, booth arrangement, scheduling, and attendee management.

• Coordinate with event organizers and venue representatives to ensure seamless execution on the event day.

• Maintain a proactive events calendar that aligns with marketing and sales objectives.

• Document event results and leads generated for post-event analysis and reporting.

• Handle the procurement and inventory of trade show materials such as business cards, flyers, banners, and branded merchandise (hats, pens, bags, etc.).

• Collaborate with vendors on production timelines, quality assurance, and delivery arrangements.

• Manage gifting for trade shows and market-focused activities.

• Ensure all collateral is on-brand and up-to-date; identify outdated materials for revision.

• Develop and maintain relationships with marketing vendors, including print suppliers, event contractors, and collateral producers.

• Obtain and evaluate quotes; present recommendations to the Director of Growth.

• Monitor vendor delivery timelines, performance metrics, and invoices.

• Keep an organized vendor contact list and service history.

• Assist with marketing operations, digital marketing activities, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

• Support campaign logistics, asset distribution, and follow-up activities post-event.

• Aid in campaign tracking, lead management, CRM updates, and basic performance reporting.

• Utilize AI tools and automation solutions to enhance marketing execution, research, content creation, workflow efficiency, and operational scalability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar hands-on coordination position.

• Highly organized with strong follow-through; you are self-sufficient and do not require reminders.

• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and managing vendor relationships simultaneously.

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, as this role involves global coordination.

• Located in Taiwan; able to work remotely within a distributed team environment.

• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and keeps all stakeholders informed.

• Strong attention to brand consistency in both physical materials and event representation.

• Hard skills include event coordination, vendor management, collateral procurement, basic budget tracking, familiarity with digital marketing operations, CRM and marketing automation, and proficiency in AI productivity tools and AI-assisted marketing execution.
