Web Developer – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end.

• Build and maintain REST APIs using ActionHero.

• Create reusable components, implement business logic, and integrate services and APIs.

• Design, write, and optimize queries, views, and stored procedures in SQL Server.

• Engage in gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements with the client and technical team.

• Attend meetings with clients in English, communicating progress, blockers, risks, and project needs.

• Estimate tasks and follow up on assigned commitments.

• Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best development practices.

• Assist with specific solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Document solutions and comply with security guidelines, confidentiality, NDAs, and handling of sensitive data.

• Work closely with the technical lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in various stages, from requirement gathering and refinement to the construction, integration, and maintenance of functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Full Stack web development.

• Intermediate proficiency in React, including SPA application development, reusable components, state management, and REST API consumption.

• Intermediate experience with Node.js for building services and business logic.

• Experience with ActionHero for developing and maintaining actions, tasks, and API services.

• Experience in integrating and consuming REST APIs and services.

• Knowledge of best development practices, testing, and code reviews.

• Experience participating in gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements.

• Ability to estimate tasks, track activities, and identify blockers and risks.

• Intermediate/advanced conversational English, essential for meetings and communication with clients in the United States.

• Strong communication skills and direct client interaction abilities.

• Preferred experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate.

• Experience working on projects for international clients.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Experience in documenting technical solutions.

• Interest or experience in Microsoft automation tools and low-code platforms.
