This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Lead substantial frontend initiatives for managing enterprise accounts, integrating third-party services, and enhancing the broader Censys Platform.
• Present new data types and product functionalities through a well-designed, user-friendly interface.
• Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure accurate translation of design intent while upholding quality and performance standards.
• Work alongside Product to clarify project requirements, negotiate scope, and ensure progress on epics.
• Set a high standard for frontend quality by adhering to testing protocols, accessibility standards, and making informed component architecture choices.
• Contribute significantly to the frontend development of the Censys Platform as part of the Exposure Management Team.
• Make critical architectural decisions and deliver top-notch experiences for enterprise clients.
• Over 3 years of software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on React and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to manage epic-level frontend projects from start to finish.
• Strong commitment to testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Solid understanding of accessibility principles: WCAG standards, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and compatibility with screen readers.
• System-level thinking regarding frontend development: component architecture, state management, data-fetching strategies, and performance considerations.
• A collaborative mindset when working with Design and Product teams on upcoming projects.
• Experience in building or contributing to a shared component library or design system.
• Familiarity with backend APIs and service agreements.
• Experience with Remix or similar server-rendered React frameworks.
• Knowledge or genuine interest in the security domain, particularly in the field of security intelligence.
• Background in data visualization or handling complex table/grid UIs at scale.
