Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and software applications throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Manage and optimize content utilizing CMS platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Implement best practice development methodologies, including testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

• Administer and enhance web platform technologies such as Sitecore XM, Apache Solr, and Sitecore Search.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing, building, or maintaining websites and software applications.

• Proficient in content management systems.

• In-depth knowledge of development methodologies and best practice testing.

• Familiarity with Content Management System & Form Builder – Sitecore XM v10.4.Net.

• Experience with Website Search – Sitecore Search & Apache Solr.

• Understanding of Analytics – Adobe Analytics & FullStory.

• Proficient in Content Personalization & A/B Testing – Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
