Developer – Node.js/React, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and sustain applications utilizing Node.js, React, and PHP.

• Work on comprehensive fullstack solutions, integrating backend, frontend, business rules, and various integrations.

• Engage in both technical and functional refinements alongside the team.

• Independently investigate issues, even in situations with insufficient information.

• Suggest improvements in technical, architectural, and productivity aspects.

• Employ AI tools, particularly Claude, to assist in development, code analysis, documentation, and problem resolution.

• Aid the team in delivering solutions that emphasize quality, speed, and product focus.

• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in fullstack development on production systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.

• Frontend expertise in React.

• Familiarity with PHP.

• Proficient in APIs, integrations, databases, and web application architecture.

• Capability to analyze legacy code, understand business rules, and propose enhancements.

• Good practices in version control, code review, testing, and technical documentation.

• Practical experience leveraging AI in software development.

• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar generative AI tools for coding.

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment, rollback, logging, and production environments.

• Understanding of containers, environment variables, and configurations.

• Eagerness to learn and occasionally engage with new technologies.

• High degree of autonomy in investigation, learning, and problem-solving.

• Knowledge of React Native.
