Senior Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Enhance the reliability, quality, and speed of delivery for our range of software solutions.

• Assess system performance with a focus on advancing capabilities and anticipating customer requirements.

• Deliver primary operational support and engineering services.

• Research, implement, maintain, and resolve issues related to infrastructure across all Yuno environments.

• Collect and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to aid in performance optimization and fault detection.

• Collaborate with development teams to enhance services through improved observability.

• Manage incidents, conduct blameless postmortems, and carry out root cause analysis investigations.

• Propose innovative solutions to challenges: every idea counts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Over 3 years of experience in roles such as SysAdmin, DevOps, SRE, etc.

• Expertise in working with any Linux distribution (RHEL based, Debian based, etc.).

• Experience with Terraform (creating custom modules, managing upgrades, and working with AWS providers).

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Kubernetes: including networking (horizontal and vertical traffic management), security constraints, Helm, Operators, etc.

• Strong background in AWS (EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, etc.).

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible.

• Understanding of security best practices related to servers or containers.

• Skills in troubleshooting, bug investigation, and problem-solving: We're looking for innovative thinkers.

• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset: Ability to think critically and creatively to tackle complex issues and promote business growth.

• Proficient coding abilities in Python, Golang, Node, Java, or any other programming language.

• Experience with Istio.
