Angular Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of scalable and maintainable solutions for Freedom UI Design Time and customization tools.

• Establish and steer technical direction and architectural decisions in collaboration with the team.

• Engage actively in development, particularly in complex or high-impact areas.

• Mentor engineers, aid in their professional development, and cultivate a robust engineering culture.

• Facilitate team processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure technical solutions align with product objectives.

• Champion enhancements in development processes, engineering standards, and best practices.

• Maintain high-quality engineering standards.

• Assist in resolving complex technical and product challenges that require deep technical expertise.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Team Lead position.

• Strong practical experience with Angular, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend development.

• Experience utilizing AI coding assistants in real-world development workflows (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar).

• Proven experience in building complex web applications or UI tooling.

• Solid grasp of software architecture and design principles (SOLID, modular architecture, scalable UI applications).

• Familiarity with automated testing methods and tools for frontend applications.

• Proficient with Git and modern development workflows.

• Capability to make technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive team performance.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
