Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Website Development & Enhancements: Create, customize, and manage websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and custom frameworks (e.g., Next.js), including complete builds and landing pages.

• API & Systems Integration: Connect third-party services such as Stripe, Klaviyo, Zoho Recruit, and other CRM, marketing automation, or e-commerce tools.

• UI/UX Implementation: Convert designs into fully responsive and high-converting front-end interfaces. Manage everything from layout adjustments to intricate UI features.

• Backend Development & Troubleshooting: Oversee server-side logic, resolve issues, and ensure optimal website performance and uptime.

• Technical SEO & Web Performance: Execute on-page SEO strategies, schema markup, speed optimization, and address technical challenges that affect visibility.

• Website Maintenance & Support: Serve as the technical foundation for bug fixes, CMS content updates, and site health management across our portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in web development (agency experience is highly valued).

• Proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js is a significant advantage).

• Backend knowledge in Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies.

• Experience in integrating APIs and third-party platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating clean, functional websites.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet self-imposed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
