Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create new websites on WordPress from the initial idea to the final launch.

• Establish and configure e-commerce features (e.g., WooCommerce) for client-facing websites.

• Develop internal tools and web pages to enhance staff and operational workflows.

• Conduct regular updates on existing WordPress sites (including plugins, themes, and core software).

• Identify and resolve site bugs, downtime, or performance-related issues.

• Handle hosting-related responsibilities within SiteGround.

• Maintain and refresh e-commerce site functionalities, product pages, and checkout processes.

• Oversee e-commerce features to guarantee a seamless user experience.

• Assist with any integrations related to online transactions.

• Manage HubSpot integrations linked to the website (including forms, tracking, and workflows).

• Collaborate using Google Workspace tools for documentation and team coordination.

• Ensure consistency and functionality across all connected platforms.

• Provide light design assistance for web pages utilizing existing brand assets.

• Integrate AI-generated and Canva-designed content into site pages.

• Maintain visual consistency across both new and existing pages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building and maintaining WordPress websites.

• Proficiency with WooCommerce or similar WordPress-based e-commerce solutions.

• Familiarity with managing websites hosted on SiteGround (or similar hosting services).

• Working knowledge of HubSpot (including forms, integrations, or workflows).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for daily collaboration with a US-based client.

• Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or better.

• Internet speed of no less than 40MBPS.

• Headset with a noise-canceling microphone and a webcam.

• Backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
