This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create new WordPress websites from the initial concept to the final launch.
• Set up and configure e-commerce features (such as WooCommerce) for client-facing websites.
• Develop internal tools and web pages to enhance staff efficiency and operational workflows.
• Conduct regular updates on existing WordPress sites (including plugins, themes, and core software).
• Identify and resolve site bugs, downtime, or performance issues.
• Handle hosting-related responsibilities within SiteGround.
• Maintain and update features, product pages, and checkout processes for e-commerce sites.
• Oversee e-commerce functionality to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Assist with any integrations linked to online transactions.
• Manage HubSpot integrations associated with the website (including forms, tracking, and workflows).
• Collaborate using Google Workspace tools for documentation and team coordination.
• Ensure consistency and functionality across all interconnected platforms.
• Offer light design assistance for web pages utilizing existing brand assets.
• Integrate AI-generated and Canva-created content into site pages.
• Ensure visual consistency between new and existing pages.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based e-commerce solutions.
• Familiarity with managing sites hosted on SiteGround or similar hosting platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (including forms, integrations, or workflows).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for daily collaboration with a US-based client.
