Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain SharePoint Online solutions utilizing SPFx along with React.

• Enhance Microsoft Teams by integrating custom tabs, bots, and applications tailored for Teams.

• Create automation and provisioning scripts for SharePoint and Microsoft 365, leveraging PnP PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

• Design and oversee automated workflows and business processes with Power Automate, in addition to crafting lightweight applications using Power Apps.

• Engage with Azure services that support M365 solutions (App Service, Functions, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps).

• Configure and assist with Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance features (Entra ID, Purview, conditional access) as required by project specifications.

• Provide secondary support for current Drupal websites and custom PHP modules, which includes minor theming, Drush-based deployment/migration tasks, and integrations with third-party APIs.

• Execute unit tests and uphold code quality through tools like SonarQube.

• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and clarify project requirements.

• Participate in code reviews and adhere to established development best practices.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Keep abreast of emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and, to a lesser extent, the PHP/Drupal ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Strong foundation in fundamental web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Practical knowledge of a modern JavaScript framework, ideally React.

• Experience with SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and/or Power Apps.

• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of RESTful services and APIs, including Microsoft Graph.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken), as projects are conducted for international public organizations.

• Willingness to learn and develop within a team-oriented environment.

• Desirable:

• Experience in scripting with PowerShell / PnP PowerShell.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams app/bot development.

• Exposure to Azure services like Azure Functions, App Service, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of PHP and experience with Drupal (custom module or theme development).

• Experience with Drupal migrations or Composer-based workflows.

• Background in unit testing and static code analysis (SonarQube).

• Certification in Microsoft 365 or Azure (e.g., MS-600, PL-100, AZ-204).
