Web Developer – 6m Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality marketing pages efficiently and dependably, allowing the marketing team to launch campaigns on time without engineering delays.

• Maintain a fast, accessible, and technically sound website, consistently achieving performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals benchmarks.

• Ensure that every published page meets a high-quality standard, minimizing production defects through thorough QA of both manually created and AI-generated content.

• Enhance website performance through data-driven optimization, leading to measurable improvements in conversion rates, user engagement, and organic traffic.

• Develop scalable website processes by creating reusable components, QA checklists, and documentation that enhance team efficiency and uniformity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building websites using Webflow.

• Capability to convert Figma designs into responsive web pages.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility, and web performance.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• Experience utilizing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Webflow AI, etc.) to expedite content creation while implementing critical QA.

• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).

• Strong QA mindset with a structured testing approach.

• Experience with CMS-driven websites.

• Experience collaborating with marketing teams.

• Background in a SaaS or developer-focused company.
