Web Designer – WordPress, Elementor Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and launch top-tier responsive websites for small businesses utilizing WordPress and Elementor Pro.

• Customize pages, templates, headers, footers, popups, loops, and dynamic content using Elementor Pro.

• Configure and oversee WordPress themes, plugins, menus, media libraries, forms, and site settings.

• Create and manage Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and integrate dynamic content within Elementor.

• Set up and tailor WooCommerce stores, including products, checkout pages, and customer experiences.

• Configure and customize LatePoint appointment booking, customer portals, services, and staffing.

• Collaborate with internal teams to transform client needs into user-friendly, conversion-oriented websites.

• Implement UX/UI and web design best practices across desktop, tablet, and mobile formats.

• Optimize performance, typography, spacing, responsiveness, basic SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

• Troubleshoot issues, test functionality across various browsers and devices, and deliver polished websites.

• Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines, balancing speed, quality, and meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro (required).

• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), WooCommerce, and LatePoint.

• Strong grasp of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, branding, and conversion-focused layouts.

• Excellent design capabilities encompassing branding consistency, typography, spacing, color, visual hierarchy, and user experience.

• Proficient in configuring WordPress themes, plugins, dynamic content, and custom layouts.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic PHP or JavaScript skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with website performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and foundational SEO best practices.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage several projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

• Proficient in professional English (C1/C2 or Advanced).

• High school diploma required.

• Portfolio demonstrating responsive WordPress/Elementor websites.

• Experience in building websites with WordPress and Elementor Pro.

• Experience with small business websites and/or eCommerce projects is a plus.

• Experience with ACF and LatePoint or similar platforms is highly preferred.
