Senior Executive, Graphic & Web Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Generate and implement innovative concepts for digital and packaging initiatives aligned with brand direction, marketing briefs, and customer experience principles.

• Design and modify packaging for various product lines using predefined brand templates.

• Produce digital design materials for websites, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.

• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all design outputs.

• Develop and enhance logos, icons, color systems, typography, and layout structures.

• Transform marketing strategies into visually engaging campaigns.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.

• Investigate emerging design trends, creative formats, and audience insights.

• Create and develop responsive, high-performing web pages with a mobile-first focus.

• Collaborate with marketing, media, and copywriting teams on eCommerce landing page designs.

• Implement UX/UI best practices to design intuitive, high-performance layouts.

• Create reusable page templates and modular design systems.

• Ensure web assets comply with standards for responsiveness, accessibility, and loading performance.

• Coordinate promotional web materials to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

• Review and enhance the work of junior designers.

• A strong portfolio that showcases both digital and web design work.

• Clear examples of mobile-first design projects are advantageous.

• Proficiency in responsive and mobile UX/UI design.

• Experience in optimizing layouts, images, and performance for smaller screens.

• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline creative processes, generate ideas, or improve productivity.

• Openness to learning and adopting new AI tools.

• Excellent communication skills in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and accountable to deadlines.

• Capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in using Figma, Slack, and Wrike.

• Ability to work collaboratively across digital platforms and different time zones.
