Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing website and landing page experiences that are viewed by millions of users.

• Develop clear, reliable, and conversion-driven user flows.

• Collaborate with marketers, product managers, and engineers throughout the process from concept to launch.

• Utilize AI tools to prototype concepts, test hypotheses, and create variants at scale.

• Assess performance post-launch, conduct A/B testing, and continually enhance user experiences.

• Perform and integrate user research and usability testing insights.

• Present ideas and take initiative in enhancing processes, outcomes, and brand representation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a UI/UX designer.

• Versatile skill set across research, interaction design, and visual design.

• Capability to work alongside copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, and QA specialists.

• Daily engagement with AI tools for exploration, variant creation, or research analysis.

• Proficient in basic HTML/CSS for browser prototyping and collaboration with engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating decisions, receiving feedback, and providing constructive responses.

• Familiarity with analytics and testing platforms, such as Amplitude and Hotjar, or equivalent tools.

• A portfolio showcasing actual work, processes, thought processes, and results.
