Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Designing effective marketing funnels;

• Creating user flows for targeted landing pages;

• Generating hypotheses and validating them through a large number of A/B tests;

• Analyzing funnels of both direct and indirect competitors;

• Examining user behavior through internal analytics tools;

• Collaborating closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in web design;

• High proficiency in Figma;

• Understanding of the fundamentals of composition, typography, and color theory;

• Business-oriented mindset — design is not just for aesthetics, but primarily for increasing conversion rates;

• Ability to present information in a structured manner (results of conducted research; concept presentations; ideas for brainstorming);

• Skill in justifying decisions;

• Ability to accept constructive feedback;

• Desire to develop and grow in seniority.
