• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 3-4 years of professional experience in Web Design, UI/UX, or a comparable position.

• Demonstrated experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, technical SEO, and on-page optimization strategies.

• Experience with compliant, privacy-focused behavioral analytics frameworks to extract actionable insights for enhancing user journey design.

• Skilled in design tools such as Adobe.

• Well-developed visual aesthetic sense, typography skills, and awareness of contemporary design trends.
