Senior Product Manager – Candidate & Recruiter Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage the Candidate Funnel: Drive engagement, conversion, and retention throughout the applicant journey.

• Oversee the Employer Platform: Ensure an optimal experience for healthcare employers to source, screen, and place candidates.

• Develop the Network Effect: Identify and implement features that enhance the likelihood of each new student fulfilling a commitment to an open role.

• Gain Deep User Insights: Spend meaningful time with healthcare students and the recruiters who hire them.

• Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with student marketing to enhance top-of-funnel performance.

• Partner with Partner Success: Collaborate with partner success teams to understand how employers utilize the platform.

• Conduct a Structured Experimentation Program: Help refine testing, instrumentation, and analysis methodologies.

• Advocate for the Candidate Experience: Ensure the candidate's perspective is represented in every product decision.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in product management, with substantial experience in consumer growth, onboarding, activation, and/or two-sided marketplace products.

• Growth Pattern Recognition: Proficient in understanding funnel mechanics, conversion optimization, experimentation, and instrumentation.

• Two-Sided Product Understanding: Experience working on a marketplace or platform with two distinct user types.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Proven track record of engaging closely with users.

• Engineering Collaboration: Extensive experience collaborating with engineering teams.

• Data Proficiency: Comfortable with funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and experimental design.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Naturally collaborate with marketing, customer success, design, engineering, and analytics teams.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
