This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Participate in initiatives that encompass various systems, including:
• Developing project plans and documentation while supporting cross-functional workstreams to achieve key business objectives.
• Identifying risks, tracking dependencies, recognizing issues, and managing changes in projects and programs.
• Leveraging AI tools, particularly Claude and Gemini, with a solid understanding of their application in program management workflows, including synthesis, documentation, intake triage, stakeholder communication, and scalable process design.
• AI-Driven Process Design & Scale: possessing the capability to design and scale programs utilizing AI tools to minimize manual tasks, enhance consistency, and expedite execution.
• Assist in recognizing and escalating issues across systems with distributed ownership.
• Foster cross-functional program accountability for Brand Partnerships and other commercial teams, ensuring critical deliverables are clearly assigned, prioritized, and acted upon according to business outcomes.
• Support the automation of development for:
• Knowledge management resources.
• Issue tracking and escalation workflows.
• Documentation and process standardization.
• Monitor program health, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure stakeholders receive clear updates and visibility into progress.
• Proactively identify blockers and facilitate resolutions.
• Take ownership of the design and ongoing enhancement of processes and programs to align with commercial objectives.
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional team OKRs, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and partnerships.
• Track launch readiness, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships and Enablement teams to support market execution.
• Create automation workflows that enhance visibility across teams.
• Help identify gaps in processes, ownership, and alignment.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, trackers, and operational rhythms.
• Support prioritization and coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Aid in the creation of repeatable processes, templates, and tools.
• Help streamline workflows and decrease manual effort.
• Contribute to enhancing team collaboration and execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage multiple tasks with urgency.
• Identify and assemble cross-functional teams necessary for the successful launch of projects and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to grasp key pain points and opportunities when involved in a project or program.
• Support the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives across Commercial teams, Eversight, and Brand Partnerships.
• Convert business objectives into clear timelines, deliverables, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• 5–7+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Demonstrate fluency in AI using LLMs and/or automation platforms to enhance workflows and boost program efficiency.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to convert complex technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable recommendations for a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong decision-framing abilities, including the skill to highlight trade-offs and guide teams towards consensus.
• Proven capability to build relationships, manage conflicts, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• History of enhancing processes, solving problems, and establishing scalable systems that reduce friction.
• Solid program and project management toolkit, with the ability to apply best practices based on program requirements.
• Critical thinking skills, enabling the identification of risks, dependencies, and opportunities across programs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate trade-offs, and concentrate on the most impactful work.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link program execution to revenue, customer results, and business objectives.
• Experience leading through change and facilitating team adaptation to new processes, tools, and working methods.
