This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle functions such as performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding procedures.
• Implement HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs while ensuring they adhere to local labor regulations and company standards.
• Serve as a reliable partner to both managers and employees by offering guidance on HR-related issues, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Drive HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Keep precise HR records, generate reports, and analyze data to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the creation and execution of HR programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process enhancements.
• Contribute to learning and development efforts, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication abilities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of HR experience in US-owned shared service BPO companies, with an emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with standard HR practices, employment laws, and compliance obligations.
• Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Outstanding project management skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
