This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.
• Take charge of the growth marketing blog, overseeing everything from ideation to research, writing, editing, publishing, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.
• Establish and manage a monthly and quarterly web content calendar that aligns with integrated marketing campaigns, growth initiatives, SEO/GEO/AEO efforts, and creative experimentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create original content and associated assets across various formats, such as blog posts, articles, white papers, infographics, webinar materials, landing pages, and other online experiences.
• Perform SEO and LLM user research to discover content opportunities, understand search intent, address audience inquiries, identify competitive gaps, and assist potential members in evaluating Virta as their metabolic health solution.
• Develop and maintain a scalable content production process that enhances speed, quality, governance, and visibility from content intake to compliance review, CMS publishing, and performance assessment.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to expedite research, summarization, drafting, repurposing, and content operations while ensuring editorial judgment, accuracy, technical credibility, and proper human oversight.
• Work in partnership with Enterprise Marketing, PR, Product, Clinical, and other content teams to synchronize messaging, editorial calendars, research insights, and the overall content strategy across Virta.
• 5-7+ years of experience in web content production, content marketing, writing, editing, editorial operations, SEO content, or a related domain.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, capable of generating clear, engaging, and accurate content while translating complex topics into valuable insights for targeted audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles, content strategy, search intent, performance metrics, and how content can effectively drive measurable organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Proven experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to organize and translate intricate information into accessible content and published assets.
• Successfully designed and executed repeatable AI-enhanced workflows that mitigate team bottlenecks and enhance efficiency while upholding editorial quality, accuracy, and brand voice.
