Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the development, creation, and editing of marketing materials, with a key emphasis on converting intricate, lengthy text into concise, impactful content.

• Collaborate closely with brand, segment, product marketing, and regional teams to brainstorm, write, and create campaigns across various platforms including web, social media, earned media, and other marketing materials.

• Continuously refine messaging and update materials as necessary.

• Generate 5-10 blog posts worth of content each week (the actual mix of deliverables may vary based on requirements).

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in developing content for marketing teams, particularly in advertisements, social media, and brand messaging.

• Exceptional writing abilities, capable of creating copy that is emotional, logical, informative, and engaging.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Detail-oriented, especially in the editing and enhancement of written content.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to challenge existing processes and identify needs for reassessment.

• Flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

• Knowledgeable about the distinction between employing AI as a content development tool and relying on it for writing tasks.
