This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create content in various formats including blog posts, white papers, case studies, website copy, sales enablement materials, email campaigns, social media content, and video scripts.

• Develop customer-facing documentation such as implementation guides, user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQs, deployment guides, and troubleshooting materials.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to transform technical details into content suitable for both technical and business audiences.

• Ensure a consistent brand voice, messaging, and documentation standards across all content produced.

• Oversee editorial calendars and manage publishing schedules.

• Enhance content for SEO and audience engagement.

• Assist in product launches, webinars, conferences, and customer events by providing necessary content.

• Utilize AI tools to scale content production rather than to establish thought leadership.

• Manage the entire content lifecycle: from intake and drafting to review, approval, publishing, updates, and retirement.

• Develop and maintain a content management process for organizing marketing and sales assets to ensure they are easily accessible, current, and properly versioned.

• Keep a single source of truth for content status, indicating whether it is in production, under review, published, or archived.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in content creation for B2B technology companies.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a knack for making technical concepts understandable and appealing.

• Strong skills in interviewing and gathering information from engineers and subject matter experts.

• Proven experience in developing or enhancing a content management process, taxonomy, or asset organization system.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills; capable of working independently amidst shifting priorities in a fast-growing company.
