This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Develop thorough and reusable training resources for both internal teams and customers, focusing on product features, solutions, and best practices.
β’ Take ownership of strategy and implementation within our current learning management system.
β’ Integrate with the product release cycle to pinpoint new features, modifications, and enhancements prior to launch.
β’ Create enablement programs customized for various audiences, including CSMs, Implementation Engineers, Sales, internal stakeholders, and customers.
β’ Continuously maintain and revise existing training materials as products and solutions progress.
β’ Collaborate with leadership from Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure enablement aligns with business objectives.
β’ Demonstrated experience in building enablement programs from scratch, or effectively scaling existing programs in a growing organization.
β’ Practical expertise in creating reusable, scalable training content for both internal and external stakeholders (including video, documentation, and interactive modules).
β’ Proven experience utilizing AI tools to efficiently create and enhance training materials.
β’ Excellent facilitation and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
β’ Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple roles in a lean environment.
β’ A passion for developing knowledge systems that enable teams and customers to thrive.
β’ Leadership experience or a history of managing small teams. (Nice to Have)
β’ Experience in financial services, SaaS, or B2B software training. (Nice to Have)
β’ Background in designing and executing knowledge assessments and certification programs. (Nice to Have)
β’ Familiarity with operations in credit unions or community banking. (Nice to Have)
