Director of Training Content – Curriculum

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy, design, and ongoing enhancement of training and educational materials.

• Take ownership of the curriculum and learning journey for job seekers.

• Establish and manage the content roadmap for job seeker training programs.

• Direct the design, development, and continual improvement of curriculum throughout the job seeker experience.

• Keep abreast of trends and shifts within the job market.

• Implement adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.

• Utilize AI tools to create, refresh, and expand educational content.

• Collaborate with Program leadership and frontline coaches to pinpoint content deficiencies.

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture the growth of the Instructional Designer.

• Play a key role in the strategic planning and initiatives of the Programs team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in learning and development, content/curriculum design, education, or a related field, including experience in managing or mentoring others.

• Proven track record in leading content strategy and ensuring that educational materials are of high quality, relevant, and tailored to learner needs.

• Background in workforce development, adult education, or designing learning experiences for diverse, multilingual, or immigrant/refugee adult populations.

• Strong understanding of instructional design concepts and principles of adult learning.

• Familiarity with educational technologies, including content authoring tools and learning management systems.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools for content development or learning purposes.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
