This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the programming and implementation of user interfaces, web services, and database applications for the external website, employee Intranet, and components that connect third-party systems with our web applications and host system.
• Develop and uphold the technical architecture and functions of the organization’s Internet and Intranet.
• Evaluate, design, and implement technical solutions for both existing and new Internet/Intranet systems.
• Provide recommendations on best practices, including appropriate production, technical, and design techniques specific to Internet/Intranet programming.
• Create, program, and deploy solutions coded in .NET, focusing on user experience and cross-browser compatibility for both new and existing software projects.
• Conduct research, analysis, design, documentation, test plan creation, and prototyping of enterprise web applications and solutions that integrate with third-party systems.
• Analyze, program, troubleshoot, debug, and implement enterprise web interface components utilizing HTML, XHTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Visual C#.NET, SOAP, REST, jQuery, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and SQL.
• Assist in overseeing all web programming, including the integration of approved content on the site, file management, site maintenance, database management, archiving, and record management.
• Ensure quality assurance for all e-applications, including unit testing and source code control for versioning and lifecycle management.
• Offer mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in web development and maintenance.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with .NET/C#.
• At least 1 year of experience with Sitecore.
• Enterprise-level experience with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, C#, WCF, ASP.NET, Entity Framework) and related development environments (Visual Studio, TFS).
• Proven expertise in developing, troubleshooting, and implementing software code that includes at least the following: HTML, XHTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, jQuery, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and SQL.
• Must possess experience with multi-tier software architecture, object-oriented design, requirement gathering, Agile and Waterfall SDLC, and have a comprehensive understanding of core systems infrastructure (operating systems, web server, database, etc.).
