Web Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement software along with modifications and enhancements to applications throughout all stages of the system lifecycle.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving or surpassing performance goals.

• Execute assigned technical responsibilities with minimal oversight.

• Complete necessary project documentation, approvals, and transmitted references during the project lifecycle.

• Be available on an on-call basis during off-hours.

• Develop, construct, and manage complex major business programming applications.

• Analyze, design, and validate system requirements for both new and existing applications.

• Collaborate effectively with relevant team members.

• Create project schedules and plans while providing insights on necessary resources.

• Identify various system design options and apply suitable technical designs.

• Review program code and testing outcomes for precision and compliance with specifications and standards.

• Conduct complex development, maintenance, and modifications.

• Develop test plans and carry out testing and debugging processes.

• Stay updated with technologies essential for enhancing and maintaining systems.

• Assist with the integration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of vendor applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Software Development and N Tier Web Application Development.

• Strong expertise in Visual Studio .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Mainframe Technologies, including COBOL and JCL.

• Experience in supporting enterprise-level applications and critical business systems.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).

• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, integration, and migration projects.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server databases.

• Familiarity with Oracle.

• Capability to adjust to evolving business needs and manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, travel as needed, and be on-call during off-hours.

• Video cameras are required for interviews and the initial week of orientation.
