Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the podcast subscription platform of Supporting Cast.

• Assist independent creators, podcast publishers, and media organizations in achieving financial sustainability while meeting their audience's needs.

• Scale the application to accommodate clients onboarding with tens of thousands of members.

• Assess new technologies for potential integration.

• Develop and maintain features for both users and administrators.

• Utilize A.I. tools to expedite feature development and enhance code quality and security.

• Create and sustain implementations for other websites, including embeds and third-party integrations.

• Contribute to the technology stack and product evolution as part of a small development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience with PHP and a PHP framework like Laravel.

• 1–2 years of experience with LLM-based A.I.

• Understanding of programming fundamentals and industry best practices.

• Openness to adapt and learn on the job.

• A degree in Computer Science is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to work primarily during East Coast hours.

• Applicants must reside in the United States.
