Web & AI Implementation Specialist, Web Development, Design, Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance landing pages, product pages, and promotional pages

• Continue developing and managing current websites and digital offerings

• Leverage AI to create smaller web tools, prototypes, and automation solutions

• Work with web technologies including Astro, React, Vue, Svelte, Python, Git, and Docker

• Perform technical research on APIs, plugins, automations, and SaaS applications

• Assess and refine layouts, UI components, and conversion pathways

• Generate and manage sales-oriented content for websites and marketing campaigns

• Test, document, and properly transition deliverables

• Collaborate with clients, gather their feedback, and clarify subsequent actions

• Prepare reports, status updates, and clear recommendations

• Define, prioritize, and follow up on additional tasks

• Assist with client projects and plehn media’s tools, plugins, landing pages, and product concepts

• Collaborate at the crossroads of development, design, marketing, and sales

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen eye for modern, clear, and sales-oriented design

• An understanding of how websites should drive leads, purchases, or inquiries

• Technical knowledge of web development, CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, and digital tools

• Familiarity with Git or a willingness to learn and utilize Git effectively

• Basic knowledge of or practical experience with Docker

• Experience with React and/or Astro, or a readiness to learn quickly

• Capability to use Python for scripting, automation, API integrations, or small tools

• Effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, Cursor, or similar applications

• A desire to learn about e-commerce processes or relevant experience

• An independent, dependable, and pragmatic work style

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEA (especially Google Ads), GEO, tracking, and conversion optimization (preferred)

• A talent for compelling headlines, value propositions, and clear website architecture (preferred)

• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Adobe tools (Photoshop), or similar design software (preferred)

• Experience with Shopware 6, WordPress, TYPO3, Vue, or Tailwind (preferred)

• Background in APIs, automations, or minor internal tools (preferred)
