This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the onboarding and renewal procedures for employer groups, health plans, vendors, and benefit programs.
• Act as the main implementation point of contact among clients, brokers, vendors, carriers, internal teams, and technology partners.
• Create, manage, and monitor timelines for implementation and renewal to ensure that milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Collect, assess, and validate requirements for plan design, specifications for benefits, eligibility criteria, vendor needs, and related documentation.
• Coordinate system configuration tasks to guarantee that benefit plans are accurately established within the relevant administrative platforms.
• Assist with the setup of eligibility files, data file testing, vendor feeds, and other operational data necessities.
• Collaborate with claims, eligibility, customer service, account management, compliance, finance, and IT teams to ensure operational preparedness.
• Identify risks, issues, and gaps in implementation, and coordinate with the relevant parties to address them.
• Organize meetings, status updates, and communications throughout the implementation or renewal process.
• Keep precise records, project documentation, plan materials, and implementation checklists.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible before the effective or renewal date.
• Assist with post-implementation reviews and issue resolution.
• Confirm that implementation activities adhere to company policies, client requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual commitments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare benefits administration, third-party administration, health insurance, employee benefits, implementation, account management, or a related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of medical benefits, eligibility, plan design, vendor coordination, and administrative processes.
• Experience in project coordination, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external business partners.
