Senior Manager – Medicare Product Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee comprehensive implementation plans to carry out product strategy.

• Work alongside cross-functional business partners to boost and retain company membership.

• Design and manage the development and execution of cross-functional project plans.

• Handle the technical components and follow-up for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

• Provide guidance for Product Implementation processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.

• Evaluate company programs and initiatives against established goals.

• Set up processes for the development, implementation, and execution of project plans.

• Collaborate with various departments on business unit strategies aimed at healthcare and regulatory clients.

• Advance the product vision and strategy for company systems.

• Address customer needs through business requirements and product strategy.

• Sanction departmental product and technical strategies.

• Identify project risks and suggest alternative solutions to reduce delays and costs.

• Oversee team budget, performance, compliance, workforce planning, and succession planning.
