This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Offer administrative assistance to Financial Consultants
β’ Arrange appointments for account evaluations
β’ Communicate directly with clients regarding service inquiries
β’ Handle transactions associated with client accounts
β’ Generate financial reports to monitor team(s) progress toward goals
β’ Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve customer account issues
β’ Assist Financial Consultant(s) with the development of the work the book strategy
β’ Oversee FC(s) calendar for appointments and meetings
β’ High School diploma / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
β’ Over 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role within the investment & insurance industry
β’ Demonstrated customer service expertise
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
β’ High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
β’ Life, Health, and Accident license preferred within 6 months of employment
β’ Variable Annuity license preferred within 12 months of employment
β’ Series 7 license preferred within 12 months of employment
β’ Series 63 or Series 66 license preferred within 90 days of passing Series 7
β’ Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
