This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by managing both proactive and reactive client interactions related to onboarding, financial planning, and investor education.
• Guide clients through a superior experience by effectively managing outreach initiatives and financial planning milestones.
• Manage client relationships: work closely with your advisory team to cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with valued clients.
• Identify and promote planning opportunities while coordinating the collection of financial planning information.
• Financial planning & analysis: offer comprehensive financial planning services customized to meet clients’ unique needs and objectives.
• Present planning deliverables either individually or in collaboration with your advisory team.
• Investment management: suggest, implement, and assess investment strategies that align with clients’ risk tolerance and financial goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may affect investments.
• Assist in monthly audit reviews in partnership with various EPW stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management to facilitate relationship clearance, manage customization, and respond to client requests.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in financial services and customer relations.
• FINRA Series 65 certification is mandatory.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• Adequate knowledge of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal capabilities; detail-oriented; adept at managing multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously; proactive self-starter with strong situational awareness and contextual thinking, as well as exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
• Outstanding at conducting effective client consultations – consistently composed, professional, and proficient at building trust and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to address various client needs, achieve multi-product objectives, and analyze and present investment portfolios to clients.
• Proficient in or able to quickly learn Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other proprietary and recordkeeping systems.
