This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver service and account management assistance to clients within a designated region.
• Conduct water quality tests and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Support the upkeep of Comprehensive Water Management Programs by evaluating microbiological and water chemistry data.
• Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks on water monitoring apparatus.
• Perform on-site measurements using testing devices (such as chlorine, temperature, and pH meters).
• Gather water samples from buildings for laboratory culture analysis.
• After completing training, mentor or train colleagues to promote consistent knowledge sharing and enhance team development.
• Preferred background in science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Capability to learn the operation of equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidants in water.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Possess a positive "can do" attitude.
• Keen interest in acquiring new knowledge and concepts.
• Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications.
