Portfolio Partnership Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with current clients in the laboratory coagulation sector.

• Interact with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any issues that arise.

• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth supply chain operations for laboratory coagulation products.

• Perform on-site product demonstrations and training sessions to improve clients' knowledge and use of our offerings.

• Deliver engaging sales and educational presentations on coagulation and Stago products.

• Keep track of industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory shifts within the laboratory coagulation field.

• Compile and present detailed reports on account status, incorporating key performance indicators, customer feedback, and action plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, science, or a related discipline.

• 2-3 years of complex clinical sales experience, 3-5 years of technical field experience, or 5-7 years of clinical laboratory experience required.

• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, science, or a related field with 1+ years of Stago experience in a customer-facing position.

• Alternatively, a high school diploma with a proven history of 7-10 years in complex sales within the healthcare industry.

• ASCP accreditation is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills, including analytical and database software (Excel, BI) and presentation tools are required.

• Medical technologist qualification is preferred.

• ASCP is strongly preferred.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations for field application.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight trips.

• Ability to travel internationally is required.
