📋 Description

• Oversee the NoGigiddy referral program from start to finish — including tracking, payouts, and communication.

• Identify and connect with key users, community leaders, and micro-influencers who can enhance NoGigiddy’s visibility.

• Reach out to potential referral partners such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group leaders.

• Analyze referral performance metrics and refine program mechanics to boost participation.

• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams on referral campaign initiatives.

• Address referral-related user inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.

• Provide monthly reports on referral traffic, sign-ups, and program ROI.
