This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Deliver service and account management support for clients within a designated region.
• Conduct water testing and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Aid in the upkeep of Comprehensive Water Management Programs.
• Evaluate microbiological and water chemistry data.
• Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries.
• Execute minor maintenance tasks on water monitoring equipment.
• Perform on-site measurements using testing instruments (such as chlorine, temperature, and pH readings).
• Gather water samples from buildings for laboratory culture analysis.
• Provide mentorship or training to peers once fully trained.
• A background in science, engineering, or mathematics is preferred.
• Capability to learn the operation of equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidants in water.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a "can do" attitude.
• A keen interest in acquiring new knowledge and concepts.
• A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace.
