This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Accountable for ensuring that Potable Water Construction Projects are executed in accordance with Leep’s established processes and documented protocols.
• Responsible for ensuring that all project design activities are completed by certified third parties and accurately logged and reported in compliance with Guaranteed Standards of Performance.
• Oversee each project in alignment with the capital budget, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to financial, commercial, and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure that all construction activities are carried out according to the approved design and that any variations are managed effectively to maintain or enhance Leep’s regulatory, commercial, and financial standing.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, including prompt management of purchase orders, invoice reviews, and reporting of variances across all assigned projects.
• Conduct regular audits of all potable water construction sites and partners, ensuring that any issues or defects are resolved using the company’s current systems and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a smooth asset handover, ensuring all documentation and contracts are complete and that installation standards and pre-water commissioning and testing meet or exceed regulatory expectations.
• Assist the Head of Strategic Project Delivery and relevant clients by providing pre and post-sales support and guidance on critical potable water infrastructure.
• Manage the integration of Strategic Project Potable Water Infrastructure (points of connection & spine mains) to facilitate the handover of projects to the BAU Water Delivery Team.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management or Team Supervision roles within an SLP or Water Company.
• Proven track record in the design and construction of potable water infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the Water Industry NAV process.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multi-utility industry asset standards such as NJUG.
• Expert understanding of the legal documentation requirements for asset adoption and delivery.
• Familiarity with H&S management and audits, along with a solid history of budget adherence.
• Knowledge of water regulatory standards relevant to the business and the processes necessary for compliance.
