AI Implementation Project Manager - Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and monitoring of implementation initiatives.

• Align project scope, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Manage implementation phases, acceptance testing (homologation), and the go-live process.

• Track risks, unresolved issues, and deviations from the schedule.

• Act as the primary liaison among the client, product, support, sales, and technical teams.

• Ensure consistent and transparent communication regarding project status.

• Facilitate the resolution of obstacles and assist in operational decision-making.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure formal project closure.

• Oversee the initial stabilization of the solution following the go-live phase.

• Proven experience in project management, system implementations, or technology solution rollouts.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with the capacity to manage multiple ongoing workstreams.

• Clear communication skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with technology, business processes, and integrations.

• An analytical, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.

• Experience using Project Online (Planner Premium).

• Proficient in Advanced/Fluent English.
